Orco (Gran Paradiso Nat Park)

This is a selective guidebook describing over 100 of the best crack climbs in the Orco Valley in the Gran Paradiso National Park. These superb granite cracks provide great trad routes, with the vast majority having bolted belays. The routes range in difficulty from F4c through to F8b, and from 6m to 160m long. An additional R grade is also given with R1 being easy to protect with solid trad gear, though to R4 being difficult to protect or poor trad gear.

All the routes are shown on colour photo topos along with a description and grade. Additional information is given regarding route length, orientation, altitude, what if any fixed protection there is, plus the recommended trad gear required. For each of the main areas there is approach information including QR codes for the parking areas.
