The swivel attachment works great. I think the screw quality is comparable to the BD but I find the Petzels easier to use. Also the shiny finish reflects suns rays and they are slow to melt out compared to dull finish screws. On a sunny day next to the Petzel was an older Russian titanium screw. After two hours in the sun the titanium was completely melted out while the Petzel was still solid. If you value resistance to melt out use the Petzels. The inside is well polished and they clean easily. About the same diameter as the BDs too. |
